We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties
Any orders found to be unsatisfactory or incorrect, Bludot will offer full cash refund. Please ensure you present the food and/or other items to our staff for assessment. Requests for refund must be received within 24 hours from the specified collection time.
An order placed using the app and being processed by us, cannot be cancelled. In circumstances where you need to cancel an order, we advise you to contact Bludot. In the event that we have not yet started to process the order, it will be possible to cancel.
